Advancing People of Color in Nonprofit Leadership
This third installment of INsights will follow up on the topic of the previous session, picking up our discussion on challenges and solutions to advancing and supporting people of color into top professional roles in the nonprofit sector. The session aspires to deepen understanding of the common challenges that aspiring and sitting C-suite professionals of color experience and follow up on the suggestions that were workshopped at our last event regarding instrumental roles and actions that might be taken to make real changes.
